Day 01 – 02 Nov, 2017 (Thursday) – Fly from UK to Delhi

Day 02 – 03 Nov, 2017 ( Friday) – Arrive Delhi- Arrive Delhi, Met and transfer to the hotel, Stay o/n at hotel near airport

Day 03 – 04 Nov, 2017 (Saturday)  Delhi – Nagpur – Kanha-Tansfer to the airport. Fly to Nagpur in the morning, Arrive Nagpur and drive to Kanha ( around 5-6 hours). Afternoon enjoy jeep safari in Kanha National Park, Stay at Tuli Tiger Resort or similar for 3 nights Meals:

Day 04 & 05 – 05 and 06 Nov, 2017 (Sunday & Monday)  Delhi – Nagpur – Kanha – Enjoy morning and afternoon jeep safaris in Kanha National Park to look for Royal Bengal Tigers, Leopards, Dhole( Indian Wild Dog), Sloth Bear, Indian Bison and many other animals and birds Meals:

Day 06 – 07 Nov, 2017 (Tuesday)  Kanha – Nagpur -Kolkata – Today enjoy final jeep safari in the Park and then drive to Nagpur airport for evening flight to Kolkata. Arrive Kolkata and transfer to hotel, Stay at Hotel Pride or similar for 2 nights   Meals: B.

Day 07 – 08 Nov, 2017 (Wednesday) Kolkata – Today visit to the Indian Museum which has one of largest collection of artifacts followed by visit to Victoria Memorial, Kumartuli or the Potter’s market where giant life-like religious idols are created for the city’s numerous festivals out of river clay, bamboo and straw, and then adorned with elaborate jewellery and clothes, with beautifully painted features and then visit St. Teresa’s Missionary of Charity before returning back to your hotel Meals: B.

Day 08 – 09 Nov, 2017 (Thursday) Kolkata – Sundarbans – Today morning drive to the boat jetty to board your boat to Sundarbans (03 hrs drive and 2 hrs by boat).Sunderban, covering some 10,000 sq. km of mangrove forest and water is world’s largest delta formed with the   sediments deposited by three great rivers, the Ganges, Brahmaputra and Meghna. This beautiful mangrove forest is home to the largest population of elusive Royal Bengal Tiger ( difficult to see due to terrain but amazing when sighted) and many other species of animal and not to forget the amazing birdlife. Stay at Sundarban Jungle Camp for 3 nights. Meals:

Day 09 & 10 – 10 & 11 Nov, 2017 (Friday and Saturday) Sundarbans – For two days enjoy boat cruise safaris inside the Sundarbans. Intrepretation centre at the camp will give deep insight into the complex ecosystem of Sundarbans. Also enjoy walks, excursion using local country boats. Sundarbans is a paradise for seafood which is purchased fresh from the local fishermen. Also get treated to the authentic Bengali cuisine Meals:

Day 11 – 12  Nov, 2017 (Sunday) Sundarbans – Guwahati – Today transfer by boat and drive to Calcutta Airport to connect flight to Guwahati in the afternoon. Arrive Guwahati and transfer to hotel. Stay o/n at Kiranshree Portico or similar hotel Meals: B.

Day 12 – 13  Nov, 2017 (Monday) Guwahati – Kaziranga – Today visit the famous Kamakhya Temple and then drive to Kaziranga (around 5 hours). Located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River in Assam, Kaziranga National Park is home to the largest number of endangered Indian one-horned rhinoceros. Also see the wild buffaloes, asiatic elephants in large numbers and if lucky, enjoy a rare sighting of a Royal Bengal Tigers and many other animals and birds. Stay for 3 nights at Infinity Kaziranga Wilderness or similar lodge Meals: B & D.

 Day 13 & 14 – 14 & 15  Nov, 2017 (Tuesday & Wedensday) Kaziranga – Enjoy morning and afternoon jeep safari covering Central, Western and Eastern Range. During safaris stop by the villages to see the local Mikir and Missing tribes Meals:

Day 15 – 16  Nov, 2017 (Thursday) Kaziranga – Guwahati – Delhi -UK – Today enjoy an elephant safari ( around 1 hour) to see the animals up close and then drive to Guwahati (around 5 hours) and board late afternoon flight to Delhi where there are rooms for wash and change followed by dinner. Later transfer to airport to board late night or early morning flight back to UK Meals:
